About us:
We are a woman owned business located at the Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. We partner with Indian artisans to create beautiful, handcrafted pieces. 

About our quilted collection:
Our quilted pieces are handmade by Indian artisans. The cotton fabrics are handprinted and proudly sustainably made. 

About our kantha jackets:
Our kantha jackets are handmade from repurposed kantha quilts. The quilts are made from repurposed Indian textiles, creating a unique and sustainable fashion statement. Each one is one-of-a-kind.

Questions:
We may be reached via email at hello@folklorecouture.com. We will respond to emails within 2 business days. Customer Service may not available to answer questions or requests on weekends or holidays.

Shipping:
We ship from the Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. Standard turnaround time (prior to shipment time) is 1-3 business days. Your shipment confirmation email will contain a tracking number. Unfortunately, Folklore Couture is not responsible for items lost in transit or any items that are confirmed delivered but customer reports undelivered.  If your order is returned because you provided an incorrect shipping address or was classified "undeliverable" by USPS, it is not Folklore Couture's responsibility to pay additional shipping cost to resend. 


Returns: Returns will only be honored if notified within 7 days of receiving your items. Items must be in new condition, original packaging and like new. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Defective items:
If you feel you have received defective merchandise or you were shipped incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
